My work extends beyond individual yoga therapy sessions and group programmes. I also enjoy opportunities to share yoga therapy and somatic practices in wider settings, including retreats, workplaces and community or health settings.
I am open to working alongside other practitioners and organisations to create accessible, thoughtful experiences that support wellbeing through movement, breath, mindfulness and body-based practices.
I am interested in connecting with health professionals and community providers who share an interest in body-based approaches to wellbeing.
As a qualified Yoga Therapist, my work draws on evidence-informed yoga therapy and embodied practices, which may complement other forms of support. Depending on the context, this could include individual sessions, group programmes or workshops exploring stress, body awareness and nervous system regulation.
I welcome conversations about how these approaches might sit alongside and complement existing services and support the people accessing them.
I offer practical, accessible wellbeing sessions for workplaces, teams and community organisations.
Sessions may include gentle movement, breathwork, grounding, mindfulness and relaxation, providing an opportunity to pause, reconnect with the body and explore practices that can be used in everyday life.
These can take the form of a short staff session, a workshop, a wellbeing day or an ongoing programme. Sessions are adapted to the setting, available time and needs of the group.
I enjoy collaborating with retreat facilitators, wellness hosts and event organisers to bring yoga therapy, gentle movement, breathwork, meditation and sound-based relaxation into retreat and event settings.
Sessions can be adapted to suit the theme, group and overall intention of an event. I am happy to contribute to an existing programme or explore ideas together with facilitators.
