I offer collaborative support for retreat facilitators, wellness hosts, and event organisers who are looking to integrate Yoga Therapy, yoga practices, and embodiment-based experiences into their retreats.
I am able to adapt my offerings to align with the theme, intention, and structure of each retreat, working intuitively and collaboratively to support the overall flow of the experience.
My work can be woven into retreats in a variety of ways, including gentle yoga sessions, breathwork and pranayama practices, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and sound-based relaxation practices.
Each offering is tailored to suit the group, the setting, and the energetic intention of the retreat.
I am often invited to include sound-based meditation journeys within retreat settings as part of deep rest or integration sessions. These experiences support relaxation, nervous system downregulation, and a sense of grounding and presence.
I work in a flexible and supportive way, whether that is integrating into an existing retreat schedule or co-creating sessions in collaboration with facilitators to support the overall vision of the retreat.
My intention is always to complement and enhance the retreat experience.
